Located in the old town of Logroño, the Enascuas grill restaurant is specialized in traditional cuisine of La Rioja where, from its opening in 1997, Olga and Carlos take care of their customers by offering the best of themselves, of their kitchen, and respecting the product of every dish. All the decor is oriented to the culture of the wine of this land. The kitchen is simple and a glazed wood stove allows to appreciate the details of the roast. Some of Enascuas specialties are chops to branch at its point of salt or roast pig mask. Also, Olga and Carlos offer homemade desserts as rice pudding.
